Shipping policy

All orders submitted for in stock products shall be shipped within our shipping department business hours on the day that the order is submitted. Shipping costs are estimated at checkout and may be subject to change. In the event that shipping cost exceeds what is estimated, Norland will contact customers and give them the option to pay the difference or cancel the order. Shipping business hours run from 8 a.m. CST to 3:30 p.m. CST, Monday through Thursday and 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. CST on Friday. Orders placed after 3:30 p.m. on Monday-Thursday will be shipped on the following business day and orders placed after 12 p.m. will ship the following Monday. Orders entered on weekend days (Saturday& Sunday) will ship on the following Monday. Exceptions may be made for late business day orders by request toNorlandCustomerService@Norlandintl.com
